These details are used to create and protect your member login.

Enter the full name exactly as it appears on your official document.

This email will be used for member login and registration updates.

Need: At least 8 characters

Need: One uppercase letter

Need: One lowercase letter

Need: One number

Need: One symbol

Confirm password

Repeat the same password to confirm it.

Identity and profile

Use your real identity details so the review team can verify the application quickly.

Enter exactly 8 digits. The Qatar country code +974 is added automatically.

QID

Enter exactly 11 digits with no spaces or symbols.

Birthdate

Use your actual date of birth in the past.

Gender

Marital status

Expected spouse / child cards

Estimate only. You will enter each family member's official details before payment.

Profession

Examples: Engineer, Doctor, Teacher, Student.

Work or study place

Enter your current employer, institution, or school.

Guardian / sponsor name

Optional. Add a guardian or sponsor name only when it is relevant to the registration.

Addresses

Add clear address information so the review team can keep your profile complete.

Zone number

Use the official Qatar zone number.

Street number

Use the street number only.

Building number

Use the building number only.

Unit / apartment / villa number

Enter the Qatar zone, street, and building numbers so the address can be reviewed clearly.

Libya address

Optional, but recommended if available.
